These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Fandaro webshop and to all sample requests, quotation requests and business orders submitted through fandaro.eu.

The Fandaro webshop is operated exclusively for international business customers acting for professional, commercial or industrial purposes.
We do not provide domestic Hungarian consumer sales through this webshop. We do not sell through the webshop to private individuals or consumers.
By submitting an order, sample request or quotation request, the customer confirms that they are acting as a business customer and not as a consumer.
Fandaro reserves the right to reject or cancel any order or sample request that does not meet our B2B/export eligibility criteria.
The webshop may display natural fiber-based thermal packaging products, sample kits, insulated liners, pouches, pallet covers and related packaging solutions.
Sample kits are provided solely for professional testing, product evaluation and business onboarding. A sample request does not automatically create an obligation for Fandaro to enter into a long-term supply agreement.
For pallet-sized, custom-sized or recurring orders, customers must contact us by email for a separate quotation.
Submitting an order or sample request through the webshop does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when Fandaro confirms the order in writing by email or otherwise expressly accepts the order.
Fandaro may refuse or cancel orders in particular where:
Prices and delivery fees displayed on the webshop are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Sample kits may be offered free of charge, with a fixed delivery or handling fee where applicable. Larger, pallet-sized or custom orders are quoted individually.
If payment is required, the applicable amount, currency, payment deadline and payment method will be confirmed before fulfilment.
Fandaro ships products primarily to business customers outside Hungary. Delivery times are indicative and may depend on product availability, packaging format, courier capacity, customs procedures and destination country.
Risk in the products passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer is responsible for checking the delivered goods promptly and notifying Fandaro of any visible transport damage or shortage without delay.
The customer is responsible for testing whether the product is suitable for their own packaging system, product type, temperature range, delivery route and operating conditions.
Any performance information, including thermal performance, compostability, sustainability or material-related statements, is provided for general business evaluation and must be validated by the customer under their own real-life logistics conditions.
Fandaro may cancel any webshop order or sample request before fulfilment if the order does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If no payment has been made, no refund obligation arises. If payment has already been received and the order is cancelled by Fandaro before fulfilment, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.
The webshop is not intended for consumer sales. As Fandaro only accepts B2B/export orders through the webshop, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to accepted B2B transactions.
Fandaro is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goods caused by incorrect customer testing, unsuitable packaging design, incorrect handling, third-party courier performance or conditions outside Fandaro’s control.
Fandaro’s total liability is limited to the net purchase price of the relevant products, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
All website content, product descriptions, images, technical materials, trademarks and business materials are owned by Fandaro or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Personal and business contact data submitted through the website are processed for communication, quotation, order handling and business administration purposes. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct business negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Hungarian court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Fandaro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website applies to orders and sample requests submitted after publication.
