Our wool parcel insulations can independently maintain the required refrigerated product temperatures or be placed inside a larger non-refrigerated container or box. The thermal conductivity of our insulations have been tested in the laboratory of Budapest University of Technology and proven to match and exceed the values of other insulations like expanded polystyrene. In addition, we provide samples so you can test with your products!

Yes we recycle clean, pre-consumer textiles  Our insulations are made of 100% recycled materials. In addition, we wrap and seal the fiber batt inside a food-safe recyclable film which prevents the fibres coming into direct contact with your products.

Yes. Our insulation materials are made from recycled natural wool fibers sourced from OEKO-TEX® certified textile streams. The fibers are gently washed and mechanically processed into a stable nonwoven batt, then enclosed in a biodegradable, food-safe protective film, making the entire product 100% home-compostable.

We do not use virgin petroleum-based insulation materials such as EPS, EPE foam, PU foam, or bubble film.

Yes! An added benefit of our fiber batts is their elasticity, which provides cushioning and impact resistance for goods during transit.

We highly encourage the reuse of the liners, whether as a blanket for your four-legged friend, as insulation for plants in winter, many uses in the greenhouse or for animal protection to isolate nests, Liners for storage boxes - especially when moving house.

We also greatly encourage the donation of the used liners to pet shelters in your area.

We ship both insulation liners and insulated pouches in a flat-packed format. Our liners are compressed into bundles for delivery. While we primarily ship items on pallets, we can also arrange courier delivery for smaller bundles upon request. 

The insulation panels are fully home-compostable.
After use, simply place the wool liner and its biodegradable protective film into your home compost, garden compost, or organic waste stream. The material will naturally break down over time, leaving no microplastics or petrochemical residues. 

Ice packs work by absorbing heat from their surroundings, absorbing energy from the environment. This endothermic reaction means that the ice pack is working as intended and it is warming up instead of your products. As thawing starts with the ice packs first, they basically sacrifice themselves to keep the internal temperature of the parcel stable for longer.
