Our insulation liners are made by recycling clean, new textiles by mechanical force. The lightweight fibers form a thick batt with countless air pockets which insulate heat and sound.
The insulation is manufactured with particularly low energy and water consumption, making the cotton inlays are sustainable. Instead of creating something new from raw materials (e.g. styrofoam), our cotton inlays are made from waste generated by the textile industry. In this way we avoid consuming new valuable and scarce raw materials and prefer to use insulating packaging made from textiles that would normally have ended up in landfills.
Our insulation liners and pallet covers provide protection from temperature fluctuations and external damage when it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature during shipment or transhipment.

We can help you achieve sustainable production by lowering waste handling costs.
We recycle clean textile wastes with a special machine that breaks the textile fabric down to the basic fibre. The fabric is pulled apart and used in new products. Our reprocessed textile fibres may extend the life cycle of textiles with decades. The recycling process results in minimal dust and noise pollution, uses no primer material, produces little to no waste, thus our recycling process is 100% environment friendly.
The majority of textile and clothing waste is originated from household sources, and became known as post-consumer waste. A just as valuable part is originated from pre-consumer sources. Ninety-nine percent of used textiles are recyclable in one way or another. It is estimated that around 20% of the textiles wastes is recovered worldwide through textile fibre recycling, while the rest is recycled by used cloth sorting plants and wiping rag cutters.
Textile recycling can give old clothes, linens, and other textiles a second life. That not only reduces the amount of waste going into landfills, it also helps organisations reduce waste handling costs or raise funds for charities.
Companies which are interested in getting more involved in textile and clothing recycling can take comfort from the fact that textile recycling is well supported commercially by numerous industry associations—and politically by government initiatives in many of the world’s largest economies.
Like other European industries, the textile industry has invested the road of sustainability for decades now. What we see today in the textile sector is growing sustainability work that focuses on optimising the production chain. These improvements save valuable resources, minimise pollution effects and improve the conditions of workers and preserve consumers’ health.
For example, with sustainability in mind, the most significant contributions to product life cycle are energy and water savings in processing, as these savings usually realise an economic benefit for the companies involved.
Some estimates indicate that cotton is the largest user of water among all agricultural commodities, representing more than half of the irrigated agricultural land globally. Cotton production requires 550-950 litres per square metre planted, or 7,000-29,000 litres of water for each kilogram of cotton produced. One cotton t-shirt can require 2,500 litres of water. Globally, cotton accounts for 11% of all pesticides used every year, even though the area of production only covers 2.4% of the world's arable land.
Improvements in the reuse of textiles are vital in both environmental and social-economic terms. The sector provides employement, including for those who are disadvantaged. Feel free to contact us for nonwoven cleaning clothes.
